Website Terms & Conditions
Governs use of safetysorted.com.au and its free tools. Paid engagements are governed separately by the Service Agreement each client signs.
1. Who we are
Safety Sorted is a business name of Organise Me Group Pty Ltd (ABN 64 615 556 324) (“we”, “us”, “Safety Sorted”), of the Northern Beaches, NSW, Australia. Contact: hello@safetysorted.com.au · 0421 582 469.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this website or using any tool on it (including the Health Check, Baseline WHS Checklist, or Compliance Watch previews), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
3. What this website is — and isn’t
This site provides general information about Safety Sorted’s services and free diagnostic tools to help small businesses understand their WHS position. Nothing on this website constitutes a formal WHS assessment, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance — see the Disclaimer below, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Use of the Health Check and other tools
- Results are indicative only, based on the information you enter.
- Pricing shown by any tool is an estimate — your actual quote is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
- You must not use these tools to submit false information intended to misrepresent a business’s actual WHS position.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, tool logic, and document templates on this site are owned by Organise Me Group Pty Ltd or licensed to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written permission.
6. “From $X” pricing on standalone/project services
Where a service is advertised as “from $X” (including, without limitation, the ISO-Ready Roadmap, ISO Surveillance Audit Support, and ISO Recertification Support), that figure is an estimate based on an assumed number of consulting hours at our standard hourly rate for a single-site business pursuing a single ISO standard, where existing documentation is in reasonably good order.
- If your business requires more hours than the estimate assumes — including due to multiple sites, multiple standards, higher-risk operations, or existing documentation requiring significant rework — we will notify you in writing before continuing work beyond the quoted hours.
- No fee beyond the original quoted estimate will be charged without your written agreement to the revised scope and price.
- The hourly rate and assumed-hours basis for each “from $X” figure is set out in the relevant quote or Service Agreement.
7. Third-party links
Links to external sites (e.g. SafeWork, Safe Work Australia) are provided for convenience. We aren’t responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safety Sorted excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or its free tools, except where that liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you provide (name, business name, email, phone) via the website, Health Check, or client portal.
- Business and WHS information entered into the Health Check, Baseline Checklist, or Compliance Watch.
- Responses to the psychosocial wellbeing questionnaire, collected and reported on an anonymous, aggregate basis — not as individual mental-health records.
- Incident, hazard, and near-miss report content entered by clients through the client portal.
- Basic website usage data (e.g. pages visited) if analytics are enabled.
2. Why we collect it
- To run the Health Check and recommend a suitable tier and quote.
- To deliver and manage an ongoing WHS engagement, if you become a client.
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested information.
- To meet our own legal and record-keeping obligations.
3. Where your information is stored
Client and portal data is stored securely using reputable cloud infrastructure providers, with access restricted to authorised people only.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We don’t sell personal information. We may disclose it to: service providers who host or support our systems (bound by confidentiality); regulators, where required by law; or a professional adviser where necessary to deliver our services.
5. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls on the client portal restricting each client to their own data only.
6. Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting privacy@safetysorted.com.au.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies or similar technology for basic analytics. No cookies are used for third-party advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
8. Complaints

Disclaimer
Applies to this website, the free tools on it, and any general guidance given before a formal engagement begins.
General information only
The content on this website — including the Health Check, Baseline WHS Checklist, and Compliance Watch previews — provides general information and indicative guidance only. It does not constitute formal WHS advice, a compliance audit, or legal advice.
No guarantee of compliance
Safety Sorted does not guarantee legal compliance. Under the Work Health and Safety Act, a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) retains their own legal WHS duties at all times.
No professional legal or medical advice
Safety Sorted is a WHS consulting service, not a law firm or medical provider. Seek advice from a qualified solicitor or health professional for those matters.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but WHS laws and Codes of Practice change. We don’t warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.
