Why we collect it

To respond to enquiries, provide and administer the website and portal, maintain site attendance and safety records, and support agreed WHS services.

Who sees it

Authorised Safety Sorted staff and relevant authorised people within your business may see information needed for their role. Service providers supporting the service may process it. Provider details, disclosures and any overseas processing must be confirmed in the final policy.

How long we keep it

DRAFT: retention periods for enquiries, accounts, site sign-ins and incident records are not yet finalised. The final policy will explain retention and disposal, including any legal recordkeeping requirements.

To request access, correction or deletion, email privacy@safetysorted.com.au or call 0421 582 469. We may need to verify your identity. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained by law.
